I have not been able to watch any TV since two weeks now. InCable people disconnected it saying they need some additional KYC. It has been over a week now and I have made several calls to these guys and noone is bothering to collect the documents. The reason? Simple - Its a society contract and already been paid for. So why bother? This ideology makes them lethargic to other complaints of bad signals etc.
