Since last 3 months, every second day the internet service gets terminated by the provider i.e. In2cable broadband service. The connection is lost almost every 3rd or 4th day. I have paid in advance for a 6 month plan and when I asked them for a refund for the remaining months, they simply deny and continue to provide their pathetic service. I have sent them mails over the last few days. I have spoken to their executives on their helpline. But the service is only deteriorating day by day. I have explained them again and again that my work depends on the internet. But no heed has been paid over it. The service resumes after the complaint is done. And then the next day, or in 2/3 days time, again the same cycle is repeated.
Since last 2 days there is no internet connection at all. Even after making repeated calls to the provider, nothing has been done as we sit in despair.
I as a customer, seek a resolution to get my in advance paid money back. So that I can move on to another service provider. I am losing my money, the days for which I have paid, my work suffers because of my daily dependency on the internet.
