My name is chirag shah residing at mahavir nagar, kandivali west. We have installed internet connection from incablenet before 2 months. With advent of monsoon the wi-fi has started giving problems of poor connectivity. Before 3 days the wi-fi connection was suffered downtime and still it is not fixed. When i called the local operator of incablenet for the first, he told me that there is no issue with the network but with the wi-fi router and they would send a person to check the connection. When we followed them up for the whole day, the executive told me that there was issue with the network due to heavy lightning and it would get resolved by next day afternoon. We tried follwing them up for next whole day but in vain. After that i got hold of the call centre number of incablenet and registered my complaint over there. The executive informed me that it would be fixed by monday, 12th june 1 p. M. We followed them up for the whole day but was told that it will be fixed by the end of the day. The status is that the same is not fixed still and we are getting the same answers as in it will be fixed today i. E. 13th june. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I installed internet in the month of may and since May the internet is not working properly. Since last month the internet works for 1 or 2 days in a week. Please do not install this Fraud internet service.
