Inalsa — After sales service not being provided, even though the item is under warranty

I purchased an Inalsa air fryer through Amazon on 24 May 2024. During the warranty period, the air fryer stopped functioning and I registered a complaint on 17 September 2024 vide complaint number WEB[protected]. I followed up with them on 24, 27 and 28 September and was assured each time that the issue would be resolved in 2-3 days. On 7th October Mr Ramesh Kumar Singh (No [protected]) called me and assured me that my complaint would be fast tracked.

However it is 23 days and I am still waiting for the issue to be rectified.
