Hello,
Myself Ramesh Kumar. I bought the inalsa steam iron in the month ofJune2020. In the month of march my iron stopped working. I have registered a complaint using the service centre but no action has been taken till now. This shows the recklessbehaviour of the manufacturer. I even tried calling plenty times to get service done through the customer service of inalsa however they have cheated me. Kindly do take strict action against these people and do justice to me. My only hope now is this complaint only.

This shows that the manufacturer is not interested to attend the complaint. I even tried calling plenty times to get service done through the customer service of inalsa however they have cheated me. Escalation of query number DEL[protected] this complaint was lodged on 18th January. Till date, the issue has not been resolved. The maintenance guy came on 23rd January and mentioned that both the grills and fan has to be replaced. After numerous follow ups, the maintenance guy came in on 1st Feb, took only 10minutes to repair and confirmed that all the parts are working properly and issue only was in the coil of fan which he had changed. After 1 day, the oven stopped working again. This time, those maintenance guys cooked up a story that we have got some external guys to repair the oven..and refused to repair it.

I bought this food processor on 24 June 2020, and from then, we have been registering multiple complaints about non performance about the food processor.
Within 6 months, 2 parts have broken, we used Inalsa food processor for 20 years and now replaced it with the new one ... it is a pathetic food processor...

I have bought inalsa tanishq blade ex3 ceiling fan on 15th april.
There was sound coming from the fan so i have called to your customer care and after 13 days your service man camed and told there is problem in bearing.
And he has changed bearing but bearing was o[censored]sed old fan which he has changed and told that company didn't have given me a new one.
We are not satisfied with your service.
I want new bearing or i want my money back.

I have purchased inalsa geyser in december 2017 from canteen model is msg25 having 2 years overall warranty and 5 years warranty on tank
My geyser got faulty and high current is circulating on its body and for same i complained on 23 feb 2019 having service call no. Ups[protected] for repair but service technician visited after 10 days and said that problem is in my house electrical wiring so i called electrician and whole wiring was checked but no fault was detected.
Finally i complained again for same problem as problem was in inalsa geyser on 5 may 2019 having complaint no. Ups[protected] but this time technician refused to visit and started making excuses to prevent any repair.
Same person visited for previous complaint and he also checked the bill but this time he said that i will get warranty cover only if i will show garuntee card and no warranty will be given on bill and when i said that i will show garuntee card then he asked me to whatsapp bill and garuntee card else he will not visit.
I don't have smartphone right now so i was unable to send same i requested him that i have everything please visit i can also pay if i will not be able to show garuntee card but technician misbehaved and refused to visit and said that you can do whatever you want but he will not visit for repair

I have registered a complaint using the service centre howver after 1 month also i couldnt able to get the service eventhough the product i boight is in warranty period. I have even kade a complaint on amazon as well from where i bought this product however no action has been taken till now. This shows the recklessbehaviour of the seller and manufacturer. Hi, On 16th Feb2019, I registered one complaint on Inalsa Appliances customer care number ([protected]) and got the ticket number against that complaint (UPS[protected]
Engineer was suppose to come to my house in three days and rectify the Electric Heater but till date... no one has appeared and every time when I call to CC number... they promise for visit but no one came.
Product is in warranty because it's only two month old and I hope to see the Engineer soon.

Here is the guy who should visit me: [protected] [Mr. Arshad]
He has been playing hide and seek with me, sending me texts that he will call me.
I go to office everyday 7am to 4pm. I ask this person to come after 5:30 pm and he starts gagging like a confused kid.
Service industry so have the decency to uphold their promise to be by customer's side whenever it is required.
If INALSA you are so cheap I would be more than happy to pay for service, but please come and fix the wretched machine you gave me.
