Service request no. DEL[protected] was locked 5days prior. No one called and no one bothered to check. I received a verification call from some lady "jinka kaam to bas karte rehna hai and baaki customer jaane.", from[protected] and was adament that the technician has call records to show and validate I didn't answer the call. This has been the worst awful experience ever. No decency to speak with customer. Customer was over the call and ladies kept chatting and was defensive that while handling customers they were chatting for personal work.
