I received this item on 5 December, 2018. I tried switching it on but this equipment would not draw power.
I called the customer support of Inalsa many times. Here are the numbers: [protected]/[protected]/[protected]

Here is the guy who should visit me: [protected] [Mr. Arshad]
He has been playing hide and seek with me, sending me texts that he will call me.
I go to office everyday 7am to 4pm. I ask this person to come after 5:30 pm and he starts gagging like a confused kid.
Service industry so have the decency to uphold their promise to be by customer's side whenever it is required.
If INALSA you are so cheap I would be more than happy to pay for service, but please come and fix the wretched machine you gave me.
