Hello,
Myself RameshKumar. I bought the inalsa steam iron in the month of June 2020. In this month i. e march 2021 my iron stopped working. I have registered a complaint on 23.3.2021 with the service centre. But till date the complaint is not attended by the company. This shows that the manufacturer is not interested to attend the complaint. I even tried calling plenty times to get service done through the customer service of inalsa however they have cheated me. Kindly take strict action against these people and do justice to me. My only hope now is this complaint only.
