Inalsa — worst customer support and fraud done by inalsa customer service | |||
Dear sir I have purchased inalsa geyser in december 2017 from canteen model is msg25 having 2 years overall warranty and 5 years warranty on tank My geyser got faulty and high current is circulating on its body and for same i complained on 23 feb 2019 having service call no. Ups[protected] for repair but service technician visited after 10 days and said that problem is in my house electrical wiring so i called electrician and whole wiring was checked but no fault was detected. Finally i complained again for same problem as problem was in inalsa geyser on 5 may 2019 having complaint no. Ups[protected] but this time technician refused to visit and started making excuses to prevent any repair. Same person visited for previous complaint and he also checked the bill but this time he said that i will get warranty cover only if i will show garuntee card and no warranty will be given on bill and when i said that i will show garuntee card then he asked me to whatsapp bill and garuntee card else he will not visit. I don't have smartphone right now so i was unable to send same i requested him that i have everything please visit i can also pay if i will not be able to show garuntee card but technician misbehaved and refused to visit and said that you can do whatever you want but he will not visit for repair Was this information helpful? | |||
