Inb Avenues India Pvt. Ltd — Sum deducted from my SB A/c., but neither payment nor refund is made.

I had paid Rs.450/- as a subscription infavour of Economic and Political Weekly thru INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd gateway on 29.09.2015 from my SBI SB A/c.[protected] and the transaction ref is CCACI1DVT557IG0ATLTZ But unfortunately neither Economic and Political Weekly did not received the said amount nor the sum is refunded in my SB A/c. Pl. do the needful at your earliest.
