Inb Billjunction Dot Com Tech_Biljun Payments — Delay in payment

I used netbsnking for transfer of Rs. 430/- to Uttatakhand Pey jal on 21 Mar 25. Amount has been transferred through INB Billjunction. Amount has already been debited to my amount but still awaited to payee.
