I have paid for PAN Aadhar link e-tax payment through https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/ portal via Federal Bank Payment Gateway on 20th March 2023 with CRN no [protected] but the transaction status in the generated challans tab is showing as "Payment Failed".

Additionally, the amount of 1, 008.00 was debited from my SBI bank on 20th March 2023 with A/C no: [protected].

But as of now, I did not receive the same refunded amount in my account so I would like to request you that please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I made online transfer against School education service (LEARNING TEMPEL SCHOOL THROUGH SMARTHUB) of INR 4650 ( including internet facility charges) on 25th October 2022.
