Inb Billjunction Dot Com Tech_biljun Payments — Money deducted from my SBI account but not reflecting in college bank

I have paid my college fees of Kristu Jayanthi College Bangalore of Rs. 39, 520 through net banking reference ID[protected]IGAQI NKYM4 TRANSFER TO 4599 SBI BANK via inb bill junction.com gateway, but it is not credited to the college. Kindly refund the deducted amount and provide the receipt.
