Inb Times Of Money Limited — app tum mile

One transaction worth INR 1190 failed while paying through Internet Banking on 31.03.2020. The money was debited from my account but i got no coins. So please refund my money as soon as possible. The transaction details are attached hereby. This kind of problems are just unacceptable as my money around INR 1190 got stuck. I want that this issue be looked upon as soon as possible.
