Inb Times Of Money Limited — in app purchase

I purchased a course from udemy mobile app and i paid 324.0 rupees through net banking through my sbi account the money was deducted from my bank account but i didn't receive the course i also contacted the app's support team but they said it might be problem with google but i received a message in that it was written ' times of money limited ' i will also post the screenshot of the message so please refund my money
