Inb Times Of Money Limited — Money deducted but no rewards

I have purchased golden ambition pass of rs. 2750 from the game, emperor and the beauties two days ago but still got no rewards and their is no success history in the order inquiry too but still my money got deducted it's very unfair. Please refund the money or give me the rewards, ASAP. REFERENCE NO. IGAKFGCV14
