Hi, I had placed an order from inc 5 online store on 02/08/2021, today its 20/08/2021 yet there is no information of such as to where the order is and when will it be delivered. The site has sent emails stating items have been shipped but the tracking number provided when used for the same shows that it is incorrect or wrong. I have sent many emails making query but it has not been attended to. Since there is no phone number given to contact, sending mail is the only option to which the customer care executive of the Inc.5 may be ignores to respond.
