Income Tax Department — about income tax refund

Myself jyoti pethakar. M working as a assistant professor in under graduate college from 1996. Which is affiliated with mumbai university. My pan number is abxpp6772g. I got wrongly refund of yr[protected]. I got 6th pay arrears on 20/11/2013. It was from 2006 to 2010. I calculate under 10 e and claimed for 20680. But got 1847 rs. So i want to claimed again for remaing refund. I want to complaint about refund of[protected].
