Income Tax Department — about sale of school books.

Dear sir. modern book shop sold the books of bcm school 32 sector. Near about 6000 students studies in this school. From past many years he is one n only shop who have the whole classes books because of school mafia gives authority or contract by back door only to this shopkeeper to sold the books more then M.R.P.and he give no any bill . By this way he stole gst tax and vat tax from many past years .one average student books set price is rs.2500×6000 student=rs. 15000000 per year + stolen amount of gst tax and vat tax in past years.please do something about this school and education mafia.

I have an e-pan card with the pan number IEQPK9220G. But when I put my details on https://www1.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-FilingGS/Services/LinkAadhaarPrelogi...⇄ to link it to my aadhaar it says "PAN does not exist"

Please tell me what should I do? How to proceed further?
