It is over a month since a grievance has been raised. I paid the additional demand for last financial year in DEC 2020, but it is still not reflected in the portal. I have been unable to submit my returns filed last year just because the demand has not being feed into the returns system, but lies in the 26AS form. Would someone look into this on priority? All I hear from the customer care center that they are working to load data, what do we do if you don't reflect the correct data?
Please resolve the data gap asap.

    Please help me to login to e-filling portal of income tax. I am not able to login using my Net Banking and My Pan.

    I have registered on income tax yesterday and also done high secure options Aadhar with OTP also on yesterday along with my PAN as my user ID.

    When using Aadhar with OTP option inside that in Generate OTP
    the Continue button is not working.

    and while using Net Banking screen loads for whole 40 minutes of session time .

    Return policy file doesn't improvement Work Schedule Progress Proceeding Processing Providing Documents Mentioned Attached Regarding through Rules regulations benefits.

      Concern:-
      ITD is not allotting a PAN card - Despite giving the confirmation consent through a registered post to (ITD) since more than a month by selecting the 3rd option which is as follows- "No, the details appearing in ITD Database does not belong to me. Kindly allot me a new PAN."

      Application Status:-
      PAN Application Status: Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

      Please help with a PAN card, despite lot of follow-ups at NSDL call centers there is no result. How long shall i wait?

        The Record is presently not available at ITD Master Instant PAN

        Whenever i will apply for reprint for PAN card its showing "The Record is presently not available at ITD Master Instant PAN" pls help

        I created an instant pan card .when I applied for reprints pan card it shows "pan not available in ITD MASTER DATABASE" pls resolve it.
        Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I created instant pan card from e-filling,
        But when I applied for physical pan card, it is showing it is not there in itd master.

          Hi,

          I'm not able to register in the 'Income Tax E-filing' portal.
          After entering and validating my necessary details in the portal and adding my password along with the message.. When i click on Register Button, instead of giving me a confirmation or an error(if any), the page refreshes itself continuously each time i click on the button.

          Because of this i'm unable to register into the portal.
          Web browser used - Chrome Version 91

          P.S - We were able to register for other accounts into the portal but got this irresponsive issue only for one.

          Please resolve this issue ASAP.

            I have applied for pan card correction. My tracking id shows that it has been dispatched on 2nd July, 2021 but I have not received it yet. Its been a month. Please help get this. Its a urgent matter for me.

            I have seen my tracking of letter. It has reach MA Purulia RMS TMO on 8th July, 2021 and no movement after that. Please check that.

              Most humbly, i am Pramod Kumar Mishra and my PAN is AHUPM1740N. But the phone number and email linked to the PAN is not mine. There is another person with same name. I am facing several problems due to this.

                  As most of you are aware, this new Income Tx Efiling portal of India has several glitches, many are technical and functional.
                  I found a few issues and decided to register an issue or grievance on the portal under my login account.

                  However IT department is just closing the case without any resolution and on top of that they are also removing the issue description. See the screenshot. They have replaced the entire content under issue simply by

                        Received 2 PAN numbers for name correction request

                        Address: Gokak, Karnataka

                        I have requested surname change after my marriage, but i got the new PAN number with updated surname. I have not used new PAN anywhere. I went to the income tax department to cancel the new PAN card, and submitted the all required details.
                        But still the new pancard is not cancelled.

                        I have attached the documents which is given by income-tax department.
                        Kindly look into it and resolve the issue....

                        Hello,

                        I dont having any loans in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

                        Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance . Which i am not aware of.

                        From past 3 years i am written continuous emails to @zestmoney.com & @zestmoney.com with complete details & i have zest &dmi finance many times but they are not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active

                        Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my crebil report is going down
