I recieved pan card, but it has a mistake occurred at my father name. my father name is kakarlapudi venkata ramamurthy raju but it is printed like 'R R K VENKATA' there is any solutions to modify it.

I have submitted my Pan Card No.AEVPA3695L as to change of my home address vide your CSF No.[protected]/21686829 on dated 14th Nov.2007 through UTI TSL IT Pan service centre Kanpur 4UPA102.
While on the above subject, I was informed that there was spelling mistake in my father's surname i.e. AGRAWAL instead of AGARWAL which I have already sent letter to your office duly signed by me to send me the pan card as per your previous record.
I have not yet received my above pan card whenever more than one year time had passed.
Please let me know the current status of the above and obliged.

An early action in this connection shall be highly apprecited by me.

After 14 days First Flight return my PAN card giving remarks insufficient address how it ridiculous in the same address I am receiving my Credit card / correspondence from government / non govt agencies in this many of those from First Flight Courier how First Flight says that insufficient address. I would like to bring in your notice in context to my PAN card undelivery from different service agency i.e. NSDL/UTI. It has been more than 4.5 years waiting for my PAN card from the provider. I have already lodged complaint to both the service Agency however there is no satisfactory response from either of them. It has been twice that they have taken the card processing charges and nothing has been delivered to me. I have asked them to delivered on my office address if they would have any challenge to post my PAN card on my existing address.

I am continiously get in communicated since 2005 and couldn't diggest that it took nearly half a decade to post a single PAN card, although i have PAN card number with me, as received thruogh e-mail. I know, it would not be as per the governmental complaince once any agency asked to show the PAN card. It is really shocking for me to believe on this fact that still i am in processing to get the PAN Card and also i am not quite equipped to pay the charges for no services being delivered.

If someone from the governing/individual body is referred this mail, i request them to take further legal action on this as now my mental state is not to communicate with these unorganised and unethical society. I have full faith on our governing body that my concern shall be taken very seriously and responsd very soon.

I have lost my PAN card while travelling before 2 months, I have applied for the new PAN card at same time but till I have not recieved the card. So, I have checked on internet, I found that there is a discrepancy in Father's name ( name is not mathing in application with name in ID Proof. Sir, in ID proof the name is mentioned with father's name and surname only and withour grandfather's name. While on PAN Card, the name is mentioned with grandfather's name.
Thatswhy the dept. has stopped the processing of PAN card. But in this regard i have not received any letter from dept.
So, Pl. help me what to do for getting the PAN card as soon as possible and which documents to be give in this regard.
