With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention that I have applied for PAN correction from NSDL website against Acknowledgment Number: [protected]. I have got confirmation from NSDL that PAN correction has been processed successfully with status update message that Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13-May-2019 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 23-May-2019.

I have contacted NSDL Customer Care Number regarding this delay in PAN card delivery. They have shared the contact details of VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier with Contact Nos: RO East Office[protected] and HO Office- [protected], but none of these are either reachable or not picking. Again i reported NSDL Customer Care & they have assured that the matter has been escalated.

Yesterday upon checking the VELEX courier tracking portal, I came to know that the SHIPMENT LOST remarks provided against the airway bill no. [protected]. Attached snapshot for quick reference.

Requesting you to please look into this matter as it's pending for very long time.

I have also tried searching in velex website at Track the Shipment Status but it says Record Not Found/Invalid No...!

have register in effilling and Have linked my Aadhar card to PAN. Can you please check get it done asap.

Sir dt of birth in pan is wrong . So many change request to nsdl but no response. Track status shows application is pending for process .Frl 2016 till today sir when process compleate how many more time take place. I am retired senoir tax payer citezen pl healp . Am getting an error as No record for the given pan CARD[AVWPR4219D] in www1.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in site. Can you please suggest on this.
Also there is issue with name mismatch in UAN portal name and PAN card name.
can you please suggest ho to resolve tis issue too as when I enter the PAN card details in UAN portal I get this issue as PAN card no as "name Against UAN Does Not Match With Name in Income Tax Department" Please resolve this issue.

Respected sir, i come to know through cibil report where the bank and branch name was not mentioned, that someone has miss used my pan card details and take a huge loan of Rs. 51500/ consumer loan in year 2008 and now till date it was shown as written off. Sir, i never took any loan from any bank till now, i don't know how he was used my pan card when i going to state bank for home loan they tell me that you have already taken a consumer loan but the name of financial institute or bank not mention in cibil report when i inquired it shows kotak bank but when i visited kotak bank it says this loan was not given by us we only purchase portfolio then i raise mail to cibil site for this fraudent case they replied that no change but when i dont have any bank account in 2008 how any financial institution and bank will give me loan i have opened my first saving account in 2011 in state bank of india all the details in my cibil is e-verified are mine but one address and mobile no. is not mine so please rectify my cibil and please update my cibil properly that i can take loan easily I don't know what is the matter. Please solve my problem.

Please, sir, confirm me, is it my pan card also assigned to a different person if not then please tell me the bank name and branch from where this loan has been arranged so that i can take a legal action against the culprit. Or if you were not able then please guide me towards the respective authority for this cause.

Your website says it was delivered to my local post office but the talegaon station post office people say they have reached it but due to their own misunderstanding they have sent it back. As per their suggestion we have visited...

Sri lakshmi narasimha swamy agrotech represented by mr. G. Madan mohan, (Mob: [protected]) managing partner entered into benami transaction with dr. Shive kumar (Res: [protected]) and a. Chandra mohan vide document no. 9942/2009 dated 23/10/2009 with regard to the property admeasuring about 57 acres (Single bit) at yadagirigutta and saidapur villages in erstwhile bhongir dist. Later again the said dr. Shive kumar and a. Chandra mohan sold parts of the said property to different vendors. It may not be out of place to mention that a. Chandra mohan is a pauper and has not invested a single rupee in the above mentioned transaction.in this transaction, they have evaded crores of rupees income tax to the it dept.

I have registered OPC company and received e-PAN on[protected].
But when tried for new GST registration entering new PAN received, I am getting message as 'PAN does not exist'

My pancard no. Is bcapn9099k. Details on pan is correct but this first and surname is not matching with name on incomtax department website. I have been facing many problems due to this error by your department, like couldn't claim my epfo.

When i am trying to open an account in axis bank then this error was found record (Pan) not found in itd database/invalid.   replace all. It is also happening in other thing also like i was trying to do upload pan card number in paytm but it didn't accept it and with free charge there seems to be same problem appearing as with axis bank account. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible

My acknowledgement number is [protected]. My application reached pan card dept on 11th april but my correction of pan card still pending, and i complaint on nsdl helpline 2 times, they highlighted my application but there is no resolution on my complaints. 40 days are passes but there is no update or response on my application, please resolve it soon i need my pan card for kyc.

To be inform you that my pan no aoupk1417k had been issued to other person which name is aditya kumar s/o mithlesh sharma dob[protected] belong to patna bihar and my self adittya kumar s/o kamla kant belong to banda up. I wrote same problem in central grievance dated 14 feb 2019 complain no. Code/e/2019/03665 and centre grievance forward same problem to income tax patna bihar. Then they investigate in record and found that same pan allotted two person and assistant director system patna send letter no cit (Adim& tps)/pat/pan grievance /[protected]/2678 dated 19 march-19 patna by post and in this letter clear written that it is observed that pan aoupk1417k was originally allotted on[protected] to aditya kumar s/o mithlesh sharma belong to patna bihar. He is entitled to use the said pan as per dit instruction. Futher, written in letter as per dit instruction to surrender the pan aoupk1417k to ito ward -4 patna immediately because you are not original allottee of above mention pan and simultaneously apply and obtain new pan. I have surrender pan aoupk1417k to income tax ward -4 patna and they gave receiving copy on dated 9-4-2019. So i applied new pan application which acknowledgement no n-[protected] dated[protected]. Continuous i have checked pan status by ndls web but in status shown that application progress i n income department. I called to ndls customer care on[protected] he inform that your application hold by income tax department because you have already pan aoupk1417k. Then i explained above said matter, further he told send letter which was issued by income tax patna and pan hand over copy by mail [protected]@nsdl.co.in. I have send letter and hand over copy by mail on dated 14 may 2019. But income tax department again allotted same pan - aoupk1417k is is already cleared by income tax director same pan was other person.

Now i m very warried that all matter was clear by income tax department patna so again income department issued same pan to me which is other person pan. I am working psu bhel and now i am facing many problem with pan no. So i request to resole the problem and issue new pan.

Sir my minor pan no is aoepa1523j. I applied for minor pan to major correction and name correction. My ack no is [protected]. I also complained. My complaint no is 11639056. Please resolve my pan soon. Sir i have make s much call to customer care but they always say that it take some time to be resolved. I am not satisfied. I require my pan shortly.
