But now defendant party sail and give contract of this plot after loosing...

I have applied for new pan card on 15th january 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Few group of boys in metiabruz, garden reach kolkata is earning huge illegal money from call center tech support, calling to customers as fake identity acting as internet service provider, bank officials, revenue agency of our country and different countries. At the age of 18-30 they're earning huge dollars and crores owning 3-4 luxury cars, bikes, super interior flats. They make people fool by changing places sometimes delhi, kolkata, mumbai, bangkok, ajmer, rajasthan. They are living life like a celebrity from illegal process. The main master mind is shahzeb khan, ayaz ashrafi, tajjudin ahmed, sarik hossain, farhan aman, zakir hossain. They all are fooling people and earning huge money buying second hand cars so that income tax department won't able to catch them. They're owning flats with their family members name.

Herewith i am writing you details of person with huge black money with no tax payment mr. Pradip sinh rajput resident of ahmadabad gujarat india has sold his ancestral land on 20.07.2018 with survey number 270/p in village :budhej, taluka:tarapur, district : anand to his maternal uncle mr. Ganshyambhai narubhai rathod in cash amount of 1716000/- and another land with survey number 325/p in village :budhej, taluka:tarapur, district : anand on 10.09 2018 to his maternal uncle mr. Ganshyambhai narubhai rathod in cash amount of 700000/- on paper.

In one day they have exchanged cash more than 2, 00, 000 which is against income tax act during registration of document in presence of sub registrar mr. V a parmar without any adhar and pan card. Also how they have arranged so much amount of cash in one day it's also a subject of huge concern.

Apart from it the seller mr. Pradip sinh rajput declared that he has no pan card but in reality he has pan card with pan number :bnnpr4030g.

Mr. V a parmar sub registrar tarapur also involved in huge corruption in just 3000 rs. He is doing all this antilegal work.

Herewith i'm attaching a copy of pan card and registration documents for ur reference.

Also mr. Pradip rajput has no driving license and he is driving without license.

He is also involved in many fake degree of mca from saurastra university and phd from rabindra nath tagore university.

I have checked status everything is clear document and payment its about 2 weeks it's showing the same status no information from IT services please check the status. It's kind o[censored]rgent requirement.

I had a problem mapping my pan with my uan and i want to change my pan details as per my aadhar card. I have submitted the online application. Later i was asked to provide a signed consent letter along with pan and aadhar xerox through post and i have also sent a hand written letter. After few days when i checked pan status portal i was stated that documents are not valid and sufficient please contact pan customer service....

I have filled my income tax on 26th june, i kept regular touch with customer care to inquire about my refund. But there customercare member every time tells it’s under process and since this time many people filed income tax return so we are very held up leading to this delay.
No correction time or refund credit time is given. It’s already 7 months and if this is the speed of our income tax authorities to function then as a citizen of india i’m feeling highly disappointed.
Have no other option but to request consumer forum to help me solve this problem of mine. Below is the acknowledgment id from income tax site for my return.

My only source of income is "the interest on fixed deposits".my annual income is 66, 000 only. On 3rd January 2019 there is 5200 deducted from my account.i went to bank and asked they replied the money deducted by income tax department due to not submission of form 15H. I don't get any intimation from bank regarding form 15H. We are not educated and no one tell abou this.So it's happen.

My pan no is bfhps1332g, its been more than 5 months now i have e verified but unfortunately till today the status shows the same of the assessment year[protected], this is the first time it happened since i am being paying tax, i guess the current government is not functioning well and these are the clear indications. It dept kindly look into common mans requirements rather than holding the refunds for more than 5 months. Does the prime minister of the country know about the issues of pain of a common man???

This is the second time i am applying for pan. The first time it was dispatched but was never delivered.
Whenever i call the nsdl service, all they say is that my application is under process with the income tax department and they can’t do anything about it even after me raising complaints.
The income tax department should perform there work responsibly and under some specified time. There isn’t any time mentioned on their site stating the duration of the process and delivery. This was not expected of such a big body.
Please do resolve

Hi sir/mam,

I would like to highlight an issue in i visit on 30 dec 2018 in a hardware shop name “aradhana enterprise” which is established in maruti kunj, in front of balraj sigh bhdana’s office, near sandeep singh raghav’s house, post and police station bhondsi, gurgaon hr 122102. To buy some hardware parts, mr vinod tyagi, gives me a dully bill behalf of my goods, i request him to issue the proper gst bill and i was ready pay required tex as well, but he clearly denied on it.

Mr. Vinod and his wife indu tyagi were there and told me very rootle that they never cuts any original bill behalf of sale. I warn both of them that they are doing incorrect and it is clearly tex theft.
Mr vinod who is the owner of aradhana enterprise ltd. Start abusing me and they did not give me any bill and they told me they are operating a another shop by name ‘shiv shakti enterprise” which is operating in badshahpur, near vatika red light gurgaon, and clearly challenge me that you can go anywhere with your complain, you can’t do anything.

Mr. Vinod is operating multiple thing in his shop like below without proper license:-

Tils and stone on hardware shop
All sanitary items
They sale wine under the counter, told me an auto riksha wala (Not confirm)
Illegal comical in the shop those are not authorized
Poisson comical

I would request you please warn him to maintain the decorum with the customers first and please suggest him to start allowing the proper gst bills.

When i access know your pan it resulting in error as "no records for the provided details.

Also, while filling form for pf on uan resulting in error as

"pan verification failed. (Name against uan does not match with the name in income tax department)"

Below mentioned are the correct name as it is already printed on the pan card but for some reason i cannot fill uan for for pf withdrawal. I would like to correct my name and father's name.
