Ravi Patel ke dwara bahut jyada tax chori ki gayi hai.aur farji finance company bhi chalayi ja rahi hai.jisme 3 percent monthly interest liya jata hai aur koi tax bhi nahi Diya jata hai.

My pan no. Is adlps3734m. I am jai dev singh.
I had submitted itr-1 for a. Y. 2017-18 on 30 may 2017. I have not received my refund so far. I am sending so many e-mails on efiling website and writing to income tax office but neither refund has been recd nor any reply. There are no commitments when i speak on help no.
I am worried as i have not recd refund despite 8 months have gone past.
You are requested to kindly confirm as to why i have not been given refund so far.
Please give me the refund.

Respected sir, i come to know through cibil report where the bank and branch name was not mentioned, that someone has miss used my pan card details and take a huge loan of rs. 1500000 home loan and rs. 300000 of business loan. Sir, i never took any loan till now, i don't know how he was used my pan card while another document was of a person from bharatpur like - driving licence, voter card, and uid aadhar. I have filed a complaint in the nearest police station in vasant vihar new delhi, since i am residing in delhi right now, but there assigned officer si (Sub inspector mr. Ranbeer) told me to approach you (Income tax department) and to confirm that it may be your pan card were assigned to a different person by mistake. I don't know what is the matter. Please solve my problem.

Please, sir, confirm me, is it my pan card also assigned to a different person having the same name vijay kumar, if not then please tell me the bank name and branch from where this loan has been arranged so that i can take a legal action against the culprit. Or if you were not able then please guide me towards the respective authority for this cause.

I, Nitya Nand Tripathi, Date of birth - 10 Sep 1966, resident of H/No. 4/99 Old Kanpur, PO- Nawabganj, Distt - Kanpur City (UP), Pin - 208002 filed a complaint for unnecessary delay of a fresh PAN card through this plateform ( I have made request many times with NSDL to get a fresh PAN card consisting No AEUPT8006R due to DAMAGE OF MY PAN CARD. My last request confirmed vide NSDL acknowledgement No. N- [protected] dt 20 Dec 2017. On checking of present status in r/o my PAN, NSDL denied to provide a fresh Card, stating that Income tax has changed your citizenship as Foreign. You should contact Assessing Officer, Income Tax to change your citizenship from Foreign to Indian).

3. In view of the above, you are requested to read my PAN as AEUPT 8006R not as reflected in my e-mail dt 24 Jan 2018. The same may pl be ignored to keep in mind as being human mistake.

4. The case may pl be taken on PRIORITY basis to keep in mind PAN is a mandatory document to process further documentation.

A shop keeper in the above address bringing steel in huge quantity every day without paying gst, and selling without passing tax besides he is not showing in income tax returns.
We request you, please raid the above shop and save tax which is a big loss to the country.

I, nitya nand tripathi, date of birth - 10 sep 1966, h/no. 4/99 old kanpur, near vishnupuri, distt - kanpur city (Uttar pradesh), pin - 208002, made many request to prepare a fresh pan card due to damage of my card with nsdl. I submitted a last request with my aadhar[protected] for the same to nsdl and confirmed vide nsdl acknowledgment no. N-[protected] dt 20 dec 17. Nsdl denied to prepare the same stating that income tax have changed your citizenship as foreign. Pl contact with income tax to change citizenship from foreign to indian. After changing your citizenship from income tax, nsdl will prepare your pan card as you desire. I am unable to understand how can change my citizenship. I am related from army and drawing my service pension from sbi (Ifsc - sbin 0001602), vishnupuri, kanpur - 208002. You are requested to look into the matter at your end and the same may pl be issued to keep in mind as mandatory document for the individual to process all documentation. Please accord priority.

Hi, I had applied for PAN Card Correction. The status shows "RESPONCE RECEIVED FROM NCC FOR CONFIRMATION" since more than a month.
I had applied for this correction 2 months back, but still there is no response from Income Tax Department.
How long would it take to complete the process and send me the pan card.

Dear sir,
Their is one complaint of mr. J. P. Sharma, resident of 554/1598, lane no.-8, pawanpuri, alambagh, lucknow. The complaint is that as per the best of my information that he is not showing the rent received in his income tax details.
The reason why i am telling this because i am a tenant in his home and he is not ready to give me the rent received at his end.
Please check the issue.

Landlord not giving pan details and charging high rent
This is to bring to your kind notice that the landlord (Radha and rohit) of the below mentioned address is not giving his pan details as we need to show the same in our office. He also forces us to pay the rent in cash. The lady uses abusive language to all the tenants and increases rent more than 5% (As per the written agreement 5% every year).

Let me know if you are the converned people or should i send a mail to other govt. Officials?

I would like bring to ur notice that dr ibrahim shariff and rasheeda alnur husband and wife who have worked in saudi arabia as doctors and earned huge amount and baught properties in guntur. Recently a enquiry did by saudi government, it has been concluded that dr rasheeda alnur medical certificate was fake which was confirmed by the indian embassy and they about to punish them, meanwhile they took help of somebody there and ran away from saudi arabia and reached to guntur. They also have 70lackhs loan in alraji bank of saudi which has not been repaid. Here also they are enjoying huge amount in the form of rents nearly above a lakh per month and not paying a single rupee of tax to the india. Because of these kind of people there was huge loss to the indian government. They enjoy their life by cheating people keep on. I request pls take necessary action to these kind of people. When i am putting my details on it as surname is nunna and date of birth[protected]

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card

We want to bring your notice that we are having problems with
the stray dogs in our colony, Malviya Nagar, B block, behind MCD primary

school.

They had bite to our family member very badly.
There are lot of stray dogs which troubles to the locals
They even keep barking through out the night resulting in
lack of sleep.

As i would like to inform you about the security service named sheik man power agency located in karnataka bangalore lakshmipuram ulsoor the gm of the company is aynal sheik has no records of the taxes as before once when the tax department had a ride he had bribed rs 3 lakh to police n escaped as he has been mentioned his sons name in the pf list where his sons dosent work for the company still they get pf almost 5 years both of the sons named khairulla sheik and abdulla sheik has been getting the pf amount to their account and they do not have a proper office and do not give exact salary to their employees i kindly request to take necessary action against them.

Dr bharat lanjewar is a senior gynaecologist in bhandara. His daughter have done md gynaecology from lata mangeshkar medical college and nkp salve institute nagpur about 4 years back in management quota. There was discussions in society that he had paid about 1.5 to 2 crore to the above said medical college. Now also it is reported that he is doing selective sex selection by ivf techniques and earning lot of black money.
Due to excess earnings he have become egoistic and does humiliating behaviour with his patients and colleagues. I don't know how much income tax he pays but his daughter's md and mbbs admission payments should come under it scrutiny.
