Date 13.1.2018 sent to consumer complaints, incometax department, online.
Sirs,
My brother mr raju bagare, esquire tailors, station road, ganeshpet, hubballi 580020, karnataka (Phone no.+91 [protected];[protected]residence), has sold many properties which was made by my late father sri babu rao bagare in which i am one of the owners without my knowledge since i was out of bangalore/country. He does not have enough income from his tailoring shop. But purchased many flats and plots in hubballi and has made money by selling properties made by my late father sri babu rao bagare which was in the joint names of myself, my sister, my mother and himself, without informing me and by adopting fraudulent measures. He has also not declared his income and has made two big flats in hubli, purchased plots in hubli and also made lot of jewelries. His wife mrs ratna bagare has made lot of fixed deposits in her name with the shamrao vithal coop bank ltd., koppikar road, hubli (For rs.45000 each in cash) and also with other banks namely vijaya bank, broadway, the maratha coop bank ltd., hubli etc.
He has also sold many properties of my father which were in joint names of my family members and invested in private money lending and getting interest unaccounted in cash.
I have also filed a case against him (Mr raju bagare) for cheating me by defrauding my signature and selling a property in which i was one of the parties, without my knowledge at suburban ps, hubli on 16.3.2016 no.49/2016.
Kindly investigate and initiate suitable action against mr raju bagare and mrs ratna raju bagare for holding unaccounted wealth, not declaring income, and also cheating me of the properties made by my late father in the joint names.
I have sent mail to 'black money [protected]@incometax on 16.2.2017 but do not have any communication on the action, if any, initiated. I have also given a petition to investigation, income tax department, hubballi, but no action has been initiated by them also.
Kindly initiate suitable action/investigation and book my brother raju bagare for holding black money, purchase of properties beyond the source of his income.

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 12 jan 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I am parvinder singh s/o balbir singh belongs to u. P. My pan is calps8930e, which has been issued me on dated 01/10/2008 and i am filling itr on that pan since a. Y.[protected].
But same pan card has been issued in the name of prawinder singh in year 2011, which is a mistake of department so that i am felling mentally stress.
Please canceled second pan card which has been issued in year 2011.

I would like to bring your notice to mr. Ashish yadav owning building no: 55/48-49, s block dlf phase 3, gurgaon, haryana..

Landlord mr. Ashish yadav denies rent agreement, rent receipt and pan card details which are proof of rental..

This building have 16 flats and none of them are getting any proof of paying rent, this seem like a theft of money and case of black money..

All flats basic rent is: 8500 per month that makes it 102000 inr per years there is no record where this money is going and i am talking only about 1 flat... For 16 flats amount is 1, 632, 000 inr per year..

Please take strict action...

Illegal house built in Naigaon, village vadavali opp. mother of god church, Palli, Dist Palghar, Mumbai. The house built is around 2500 sqft while the person is not the owner of the land. There is no permission obtained from the competant authority i.e vasai virar city muncipal corporation. The 300/400 villagers have also filed complaints with the tehsil etc.

I have a pan card with the pan number - cpjpp5383r. But when i tried to look for details on the http://pancard.co.in/know-your-pan-number-india/.
When i am putting my details on it as surname is mishra and date of birth[protected].

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card

Our company pan number issued in 4 th digit f but company pan will always comes c. We are taking gst also and open bank a/c also. If we do cancel this pan number entire total will be change. And we are starting transaction with our gst number and how to get our input when it is changed. Give the solution to us and how to approach, who will approach please give guidelines.

I would like to inform you that mr. Kamal kishore tripathi s/o mr. Chandra prakash tripathi r/o 24, lda (Mahapalika) colony, rajendra nagar, aishbagh, lucknow, uttar pradesh is having the black money in very huge amount he is currently holding the position of ordinary clerk in kakori nagar nigam office, kakori from last 10-12 years having salary rs.[protected] per month but if we talk about his property he already have 4 flats few on his name and few on his wife's name miss. Mani tripathi at different places few in lucknow and few in kakori and he also purchased land at 2 places and if we talk about his home his home is having world class maintenance as every equipment is available in his home he himself keeps 2-3 mobiles worth rs.20000 approx each means the cost of his single phone is minimum rs.20000 moreover he is having lakhs of rupees in his various accounts in various banks in addition to this his son mr. Shikhar tripathi is now studying in pune doing b. Tech from there and he is earning black money from his kakori nagar nigam office from thekedaars by helping them in passing their tenders of public place maintenance he takes 30-40% as comission from the thekedaars for help in passing their tenders at higher level so from the above all scenario we can say that he is having the huge amount of black money and he us not paying his income tax to government honestly please take the required action on him and i request you to keep my personal details secret in your whole inquiry

In the name of sterling group (Sterling new horizons pvt ltd), sai early learners pvt ltd under the director gaurav ghai, their office at a-79, okhla industrial area, phase-ii, new delhi-110 020. They have 5-7 compnies in the different names and exchange huge amount old currencies during demonstration period. They have given salary to all employees and vendors through old currency and collect the amounts by cash (New currency).
Before demonstration, they give salaries employees through cheque and transfer to salary account and vendors by cheques or rtgs.

If you check their accounts and employees salary account, you will get all details.

Please give me the action please

Black money scam is under going in delhi. As a capital city, we don't expect this to happen hear. We believe our system is alert here.. But really disappointed. We even afraid of raising voice. Think these criminals will harm us.

But it department & government bodies are not taking action.. All buy & sell is going as black money openly near neb sarae delhi..
Freedom fighter colony & paryavaran..
Example: building b157 a, new built building has been sold as all black.. All flats are sold for 80% black money. Builders are making money.

Please look in these issue and do something for commoners also.
We expect it department as performing system.

Sub: pan no: armps1485j - assessment[protected]paid excess amount 3000/-rs – request to refund this amount in this regard.
I work as a teacher. I transferred from ilaparru z. P. High school to khandavalli z. P. High school last year.in[protected] year i paid 45890/-rs as it by tds. But my auditor didn’t submit 1 month i. E sep-2015. Hence you have sent a notice commumcication reference no. Cpc/ 1617/ g5/ [protected] on[protected]. After that i paid 1 month amount with interest i. E 3120/-rs on[protected] with commumcication reference cpc/ 1617/ a1/ [protected].
In april 2017 my auditor sent the sep-2017 subscription amount 3000/-rs. However i paid 3000/-rs excess to your department. Hence i request you to kindly refund my excess amount 3000/-rs to my sbi account no: [protected]. (Siddhantham – sbi branch – ifsc code-sbin0015838).
