Dear sir
I, yogesh kumar, holding pan no - arypk57 23h, filed online return for the ay - 2 012 and 2013 on 21-03-14. My return found defective u/s 139 (9) of i. T act 1961 as i wrongly submitted my return to ward -1 (2) ghaziabad instead of ward2 (1) in wrong jurisdiction. Now i came to know that my return has been transferred to right jurisdiction in noida ito (Intl tax) noida and my refund is also ready to pay but still it is pending at your end and not credited to my online account. Please credit the amount of refund with upto date interest to my online account number. I already send email to noida ito en closing itr acknowledgement and income proof from traces. Kindly do the needful as already 3 years has been passed.

I recd Intimation letter y/s 245 of I/T act from CPC Bangalore that they will adjust my refund of Rs. 16995/-for that I wrote a letter to them on 19/12/17 and informed that it is injustice to me I have already paid taxes through my employer and enclosed form 16 and the return of the same but not responding my letter or object I recd SMS that your refund of Rs. 16995/-adjusted
I'm submitting here with copy of the letter and submitted papers
I requeste sir please look in this and justify

Athree sale deeds have been executed ditails of which are as following
(1) sunda ram s/o manguturam, address ward no 01 jhunjhunu (Seller) and sh. Vijay singh s/o pyarelal (Purchaser), r/o village sonasar, malsisar, jhunjhunu on date 10/11/2017 for a sale consideration of rs.40, 00, 000.00 in cash

(2) sunda ram s/o manguturam, address ward no 01 jhunjhunu (Seller) and sh. Pawan chawla s/o ashok chawala (Purchaser), r/o ward no.07, jhunjhunu on date 10/11/2017 for a sale consideration of rs.22, 00, 000.00 in cash

(3) sunda ram s/o manguturam, address ward no 01 jhunjhunu (Seller) and sh. Pawan chawla s/o ashok chawala (Purchaser), r/o ward no.07, jhunjhunu on date 10/11/2017 for a sale consideration of rs.11, 00, 000.00 in cash

All these sale deeds have been executed in cash which is a violation u/s 269ss and the seller is liable for penalty for receiving such heavy cash. Moreover, the purchasers have no income source to purchase the above land and liable to taxes u/s 68 of the act. The dlc rate has been revised by the sub-registrar, jhunjhunu, based on the complaint mode to the district collector, jhunjhunu and is now estimated 2.50 crores of all three sale deeds instead of earlier estimated value of 73 lakhs. These transactions are also lible to be taxed u/s50c and 56 (2) (4) of the act.

Sir, the land under consideration has been sold theough notary by the seller 30 years back and now it is a well develomed colony.
There are total of 35 households leaving there as of now. Now, the seller has again sold the land to these two persons. These tow purchasers aredummy purchasers and have no capacity to purchasersthis land. It is a conspiracy to take houses of 35 innocent
People by fraud by some land mafiya"s". This is a case squarely falling under benami poroperty act, 2016

I have a pan card with the pan number - biypa6947b. But when i tried to look for details on the http://pancard.co.in/know-your-pan-number-india/.
When i am putting my details on the site it does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card

I am geetha srinivasan and my pannumber is aheps3313f though i received an acknowledgement from income tax department cpc in bangalore for having received my income tax return filing for the year 2017, subsequently when i checked the status of my refund by calling the toll free number of cpc in bangalore, it stated that my income tax return was processed. However i have not received the refund amount till date either by way of a credit to my account with uco bank indiranagar branch bangalore or by way of a draft. I request you to kindly arrange to get my refund amount paid without further delay. I am a senior citizen and a house wife, this refund amount would help me for my medical needs. I will appreciate a prompt action in this regard and this issue is resolved at the earliest.

This website looks a lot like the website prepared by income tax department, the difference being that it asks for customer and bank details that your department does not require.

Request you to initiate necessary action to resolve the same.

My pan no. Is adlps3734m. I am jai dev singh.
I had submitted itr-1 for a. Y. 2017-18 on 30 may 2017. I have not received my refund so far. I am sending so many e-mails on efiling website and writing to income tax office but neither refund has been recd nor any reply. There are no commitments when i speak on help no.
I am worried as i have not recd refund despite 8 months have gone past.
You are requested to kindly confirm as to why i have not been given refund so far.
Please give me the refund.

Respected sir, i come to know through cibil report where the bank and branch name was not mentioned, that someone has miss used my pan card details and take a huge loan of rs. 1500000 home loan and rs. 300000 of business loan. Sir, i never took any loan till now, i don't know how he was used my pan card while another document was of a person from bharatpur like - driving licence, voter card, and uid aadhar. I have filed a complaint in the nearest police station in vasant vihar new delhi, since i am residing in delhi right now, but there assigned officer si (Sub inspector mr. Ranbeer) told me to approach you (Income tax department) and to confirm that it may be your pan card were assigned to a different person by mistake. I don't know what is the matter. Please solve my problem.

Please, sir, confirm me, is it my pan card also assigned to a different person having the same name vijay kumar, if not then please tell me the bank name and branch from where this loan has been arranged so that i can take a legal action against the culprit. Or if you were not able then please guide me towards the respective authority for this cause.

I, Nitya Nand Tripathi, Date of birth - 10 Sep 1966, resident of H/No. 4/99 Old Kanpur, PO- Nawabganj, Distt - Kanpur City (UP), Pin - 208002 filed a complaint for unnecessary delay of a fresh PAN card through this plateform ( I have made request many times with NSDL to get a fresh PAN card consisting No AEUPT8006R due to DAMAGE OF MY PAN CARD. My last request confirmed vide NSDL acknowledgement No. N- [protected] dt 20 Dec 2017. On checking of present status in r/o my PAN, NSDL denied to provide a fresh Card, stating that Income tax has changed your citizenship as Foreign. You should contact Assessing Officer, Income Tax to change your citizenship from Foreign to Indian).

3. In view of the above, you are requested to read my PAN as AEUPT 8006R not as reflected in my e-mail dt 24 Jan 2018. The same may pl be ignored to keep in mind as being human mistake.

4. The case may pl be taken on PRIORITY basis to keep in mind PAN is a mandatory document to process further documentation.

I submitted a last request with my aadhar[protected] for the same to nsdl and confirmed vide nsdl acknowledgment no. N-[protected] dt 20 dec 17. Nsdl denied to prepare the same stating that income tax have changed your citizenship as foreign. Pl contact with income tax to change citizenship from foreign to indian. After changing your citizenship from income tax, nsdl will prepare your pan card as you desire. I am unable to understand how can change my citizenship. I am related from army and drawing my service pension from sbi (Ifsc - sbin 0001602), vishnupuri, kanpur - 208002. You are requested to look into the matter at your end and the same may pl be issued to keep in mind as mandatory document for the individual to process all documentation. Please accord priority.

Dear sir,
Their is one complaint of mr. J. P. Sharma, resident of 554/1598, lane no.-8, pawanpuri, alambagh, lucknow. The complaint is that as per the best of my information that he is not showing the rent received in his income tax details.
The reason why i am telling this because i am a tenant in his home and he is not ready to give me the rent received at his end.
Please check the issue.

Landlord not giving pan details and charging high rent
This is to bring to your kind notice that the landlord (Radha and rohit) of the below mentioned address is not giving his pan details as we need to show the same in our office. He also forces us to pay the rent in cash. The lady uses abusive language to all the tenants and increases rent more than 5% (As per the written agreement 5% every year).

Let me know if you are the converned people or should i send a mail to other govt. Officials?

Recently a enquiry did by saudi government, it has been concluded that dr rasheeda alnur medical certificate was fake which was confirmed by the indian embassy and they about to punish them, meanwhile they took help of somebody there and ran away from saudi arabia and reached to guntur. They also have 70lackhs loan in alraji bank of saudi which has not been repaid. Here also they are enjoying huge amount in the form of rents nearly above a lakh per month and not paying a single rupee of tax to the india. Because of these kind of people there was huge loss to the indian government. They enjoy their life by cheating people keep on. I request pls take necessary action to these kind of people.
