This is in reference with it notice ref. No. Cpc/1314/g8/[protected]. It seems there is some error as i dont have any liability for the said assessment year. We are requesting since 4 years to the income tax dept & local ward ao but they are unable to rectify the same and every time we are given reasons, its been more that 100 visits to income tax office till now for this issue and still not resolved.
Request for your intervention and expecting to be resolved. I have shared all the proof documents of my tax filing for the said ay 2005-06 to the ao

Dear sir i am a senior citezen & i face much defficulty from income tax department. My pan-ablpt9806f. My income tax refund is being pending for assesment year 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08 by ito madhubani (Bihar) inspite of my several reminder & verbal request. Lastly i have also lodge complain to chief commisnor -2 patna (Bihar) by speed post no.-ef[protected]in dated-26/02/2013 but they have not taken any response. I'm malti murmu, i had applied for pan card through nsdl on 29th nov, 2017 (Acknowledgement no. [protected]) and i got my pan card on 18th of december, 2017 through india post. When i tried to link my pan card with my aadhaar number it says that "you pan is already linked with other aadhaar".

What do i've to do now?

Recently my father had undergone skin grafting surgery in sree venkateswara nursing home (Regd# 13609). Doctor name: chandu sambasivudu. After completion of everything when asked for receipt he is asking more amount for receipt. The situation is same in every hospital in the town. I kindly request to take this complaint damn seriously and make sure the culprit is punished at the earliest.

I have applied for pan card in the month of july after three month in october i got a wrong pan card then i have to return again i sent all documents, it after that i have not received any information till now, please help me.. I have more need so please accept this complain and take action.

My ITR for the year 2015-16 has wrongly been credited into others Bank account by the ITRO as information provided to me.I have written so many times but all in vain and no action have been taken till date . The amount have not been recovered and credited into my account. Firstly the cheque was not received by me. Secondly the amount was credited into others Bank account on 17/6/2017 till that I am writing but no action have been taken so far. You're therefore requested to take appropriate action. This is to inform you that the my husband's pan card no. Aezpl0742d sent by post awb ea[protected]in got returned because of person who came to deliver. Even he dint come to delivered that particular card. He just shouted on me ones that he is unable to find the address which was very simple just 10 steps from metro pillar no. 703, & disconnected the call i called him several times he dint pick the call. Finally when he picked up the call i said sorry for the inconvenience then again he shouted on me again & stated that collect it tomorrow from post office again disconnected call. We both are working so unable to collect for 1 day or 2 but when we went there on 3rd day it was already sent back now my problem is that i don't know how to get it again. There are 17 stone crushers near to my village, not even single crusher properly handling accounts, not showing revenue through which they are avoiding taxes. Major stone crusher owner are current panchayat members or ex members. As such they have support from local mla. Please take necessary action to avoid tax evasion from these corrupt people. This is to bring to your notice that in dammaiguda village at keesara mandal all the politicians have lot of black money with them. The list includes sarpanch and ward members of the village. All the budget which has been allotted for the development of the village has been distributed equally among the leaders of the village. Moreover there are lot of builders here who give money under the table for illegal construction. Everyone here is corrupted and that is not all our old sarpanch mr. Venkatesh goud has lot of black money with him. He has ate 80% of the funds which were sanctioned for the development of the village. Our new sarpanch mr. P. Yadagiri goud is another active member in the list.

Earlier there was a person who was earning daily income by doing painting contract and also has cycle puncture shop. He was living a middle class life. All of sudden after becoming ward member he was able to construct a 3 storey building, he was able to buy a car doing a cash payment, he also runs finance business in the village.

This is just one person in the village but if the official's conduct suspense check in the village i am sure we can get many people like this. As an indian citizen it's my responsibility to co-operate and report issues like black money which is currently a problem in india. Poor people are becoming poor and the rich people are becoming rich day by day.

I would request the officials to please look into the matter and do the needful.

As my above mentioned pan card has become old and worn out, i had applied for a fresh card to be re-issued way back in february'17. I applied through the it appointed vendor thepancard.com online.

Some months later i received a communication from the it department that there were 2 pan cards in my name and as a result my much used card (I have been giving returns since the year 2000-01), as mentioned above, was de-activated.

I did not know what to do or whom to approach. I then went to the it dept website and and discovered that indeed, there were 2 pan cards in my name, although i had no clue prior to this.

Then in the month of july (05/07/17) i received a copy of a letter from the it dept that was addressed to the it officer, ward-4 (3) (1), bengaluru, requesting him to deactivate the unused pan card and activate the card for which an application was pending. Also, he was asked to inform the vendor accordingly.

Until last week, as no action was taken i went across to ward-4 (3) (1) on the 12th of december'17 and met mr. Subbarao gururaj, the officer concerned.
I showed him my copy of the letter issued by assistant director (Systems) to which he immediately instructed an inspector sitting outside his office to do the needful.
I received confirmation from her that the change had been made in the income tax system and i would received an intimation soon.

I have been checking with the vendor almost on a daily basis and i regret to inform you that till date my card remains inactive. The vendor needs to receive an approval to re-issue my card.

Meanwhile i am receiving reminders to link my pan card with various other cards/numbers and as this situation is completely out of my control i am not able to link anything now.

Respected sir as it department raided 9 bitcoin exchange in india on 13 th dec 2017.
Dear sir i have invested more than 70000 rs amount through my bank account in bitcoin india wallet in various criptocurrency coins.

But after that raids bitcoin india wallet has given notification that they are waiting for further instructions from government of india to operate or to close bitcoin india exchange.
They claims that they will settle all account in case of closing exchange.
