I am submitting the complaint about the fake online application submitted by a cyber criminal on the basis of my lost documents to issue duplicate pancard for criminal activities.
This application is completely illegal & fake with the criminal motive
This application is submitted by atul kumar singh branch manager icici bank vibhuti khand gomti nagar branch lucknow-226010 to validate the fake & illegal bank account no.××××××3942.
Please cancel this online application with immediate effect and also please take legal action in the matter as soon as possible.

I am an it asessee with pan no aacpg8271h, for the it return filed for the assessment year 2016-17 the department has made a demand of rs.14054 apparently due to non availability of tds details
I wish to bring to your notice that the two companies namely sheltrex developers ltd (Tan mums80027d) and velohar infra pvt ltd (Tan chev10314d) have not remitted the tax deducted on the payments made to me during the financial year 2015-16. My repeated requests to the companies are not yielding any result. I seek the help of the department in bringing this defaulters who cheat the public to the book.

I am a senior citizen aged 68 years. Kindly help

Building address : 72 /2 new bangoshree pally, swamiji road, kolkata -700060. This building is fully commercial building and all rooms and flats are getting on rented. But there no any commercial licence and never give any taxes since 10 years. He also increase rental every year but never pay govt tax. No municipality tax and no income tax. It's minimum rented income is 50, 000 /- p. M. So kindly see this matter.

Some indian organizations like fmpb (Friends missionary prayer band) with its headquarters at ambattur, chennai & world vision inc. With its head office at pataliputra colony in patna have a long list of employees who are getting monthly salary with pay slips and purchasing landed properties and other assets like two/four wheelers, gold and other ornaments, etc. But never bother to file income tax return at any time of the year - that too, year after year!!! Is it known to the income tax department or not? What action has income tax department taken against them till now??? Moreover, there are several cases of people earning in lakhs from private tuitions without putting up any sign board and not paying a single coin to the income tax department. Some have even quit their jobs for a better living only by tuition. When will the income tax department take action against all this??? These people are like parasites sucking away money from the govt. & the common people and they increase their rates at their own will without any control. So when will govt. Wake up from slumber and do something about this nuisance??? Instead of taking action against regular tax payers like govt. & private sector employees and threatening them of dire consequences, it is now high time for the income tax department to wake up from sleep and take action against such people who have remained hidden for long time!!!

I am sunita. My pancard number is cxcps7119d and aharcard number is[protected]. Since long time i was trying to link my pancard with my adhar card number, but it shows that pancard is already linked.
So, for confirmation i checked the details, i came to know that my pancard is linked with someone else adharcard number. Also other details like account number and name of person are not belongs to me.
Please tell me required steps to take.

I have applied for pancard on 12/07/17 but have not got it yet. My coupon number is[protected]. For two months status has been same
(Aadhar matched using demographic details (Partial). The application will be processed on submission of valid documentary proof.)
I have send passport copy as my valid documentary proof but still status remains the same.

While i check for status i got the message

Southern region

Reason :aadhaar authentication mismatch with demographic details partial

I am confused. What should i do? What is wrong with my application.?
Should i give more documents?.
Even i went to the the local office they said all my documents are fine. Anybody else get this.

I have applied for change of my surname on my pan card from 'parmar to kumari' through “www.applypanindia.in” by paying an amount of rs.349, whose payment status was successful. Subsequently, as per their requirement i have submitted hard copy of the application form along with two photographs for the processing of my application.

Further, vide their mail dated 26 may, they once again demanded for following documents:

1. Please provide us same two colors photos is required, you need to post us colors photos. Because your posted photos is mismatch else you need to provide us.

2. For changing in applicant surname 'parmar to kumari' so you need to provide us annexure 'a'.

(Annexure a"is required for further processing of pan card application form, as there is change in name of the applicant."annexure a"is required in original duly attested by gazetted officer along with one office id of gazetted officer."annexure a"must show full name of the applicant.)

Vide their mail dated 1, july they once again requested me to mail us 1 office id proof of gazetted officer who attest my annexure"a"and the same was submitted by me on 3, july. On 12, july they replied as “thanks for the e-mail, please confirm us your father name will be printed as per old pan card (Thimmaiah)” however, it was completely wrong and i have clarified/ confirmed my father’s name per return of mail.

On 19, july they reverted me by saying that your pan application is under process with the government of india and

Also, they have suggested me to “please track it after 10-12 working days as government take little time in updating details online. Please check your details online and let us know in case of any objection in application. We will further assist you with that”.

Upon perusal of the application status continuously for 10 days, it was shown that

"application is in process"

Again, on 20, july they sent me a mail mentioning that “your application already has been processed and now your aadhar card in under verification”.

On further enquiring my status i have been informed that “the uti checks the application data with aadhar data, once the verification completes the status will be updated” vide their mail dated 24, july.

On 3, aug once again they have requested to “please e-mail us id and address proof other than aadahr card”.

I am fed up with their behavior and it has become a vicious circle. Neither their phone numbers are working nor they give meaningful response to my mails. They have been lingering on my application by asking for proofs/ documents in one pretext or other for almost -4- months. I am very much aware of the fact that owning or using more than one pan is against law therefore at this point of time i am not in a position to apply again anywhere else. Their delay is beyond my control now.

It is worth mentioning that on my personal front i am unable to apply on other platforms wherever a copy of pan card as attachment is mandatory, be it dda housing scheme, bank related affairs, recruitment related forms or any other application forms. Many of my crucial tasks are hampered due to this whose i am bearing the brunt of for -4- months.

They have not only harassed me mentally but also wasted my time and money. I feel that i am not the only sufferer, they must have trapped many other like me. Also, the matter of concern is that they might misuse applicant’s credentials for fraudulent activities.

Therefore, i request you to take strict action against people behind this ploy so that others may be saved from getting into this trap.

I am waseem, sending you this mail on behalf of my newly incorporated company waseem exporter of goods (Opc) pvt ltd having tan no mrtw00457c. I have already paid fees for tan at the time of submitting incorporation documents.

Now courier agency is not ready to deliver me my tan physical copy, forcing me to pay rs 1200/-

Sir yaha chandausi distt sambhal me mentha ki unregistered sattebaazi chalti hai. Jisme per day 1 crore se jyada idhar se udhar ho jata hai. Isme omilala, girish mama, r. C coldstorage ke malik satish agarwal. Or bhi names ki list hai. Or lakho ka kisto or intrest ka unregistered work hota hai. I am complaining about a person by name k. V. Narayanaswamy who was a typist in a small typing shop in kolar in the year 1987.
