Complain is regarding colleges taking KT fees for students appearing re- exam for fail in particular exam in cash not in cheque.
As the payment is in cash and not in cheque which leads to non Accounting of cash and easily non payment to IT department.
One of case : Government Polytechnic Mumbai, taking 1500 as KT fees for 1paper which is tough for lower class family to pay and amount is taken in cash

Sir in Himachal there is a one dhabha and that's locate on Nadaun Hamirpur highway dhabha name is (kake da dhabha) I have a dout owner is not pay properly tex to govt with 2 year he make 3 crore new house and there some income tax officer crupted they take pride there are many hotels and and resorts but no buddy pay tax properly some hotel like prince resudency, kake da dhabha and more hotels they have no record for coustmer bills if they have some record that's fake records I want income tax department officer properly check records and if anything illegal then punish them thanks

My pan card number was issued two weeks ago and since then the pan card has not been dispatched.

Nobody picks up the call at customer care, it's always busy, no matter when you call. What is the point of customer care number if no one is there to pick it up and no response to emails, no way to contact.

How is the customer supposed to understand what is happening? Service is horrible.

The man who won rs 26 crore sand mining rights in the punjab government's recent auction, has filed income tax returns (Itr) of less than rs 1lakh for the past three years between 2014 and 2017. Amit bahadur, the 36-year-old former cook at punjab power and irrigation minister rana gurjit's company, has kicked up a major storm after he won the highest bid in the auction.
Interestingly, his sbi account showed he had just rs 4, 840 as his balance on april 1. Bahadur's main source of income was his salary of rs 11, 706, the last of which he received on march 8.

Bahadur has shown his itr for 2015-16 at rs 92, 679. Toi has accessed his annual itr for three years. These were submitted with the certificate of approval (Ca) which bahadur provided to mining officials on may 10. His 2014-15 itr reveals his income was just rs 75, 390. Bahadur even got a tax refund of rs 9, 020 in 2016 and rs 9, 420 in 2015. The amarinder government had auctioned 102 mining sites through progressive bidding and earned rs 1, 026 crore. The state had held its first mining auction on may 19 and successful bidders were asked to deposit money on may 21and 22.

On may 21, bahadur deposited the first installment of rs 13.34 crore out of the annual rs 26.51crore fee he won for the saidpur khurd mining site in punjab.

While bahadur, a resident of billari, moradabad, switched off his phone since the controversy arose, gurjit has sidestepped charges of hawala and black money levelled by sad and aap. Gurjit, who owns a sugar distillery in tarn taran, was the richest mla in punjab in the 2017 polls with a declared wealth of rs 169 crore. He has so far maintained that he does not directly or indirectly have a stake in the mining business and that bahadur had quit the company when he sought mining rights.“there are thousands of employees who have worked with me and left from time to time and i cannot be held accountable for what they do after leaving my companies, “ gurjit said.

The opposition is however, is saying that bahadur is only the front man for gurjit to enter into the mining business. “gurjit must have asked bahadur to quit a month before mining sites were auctioned. How can a man with rs 11, 000 salary deposit rs 13 crore and win rights for mining worth rs 26 crore?“ asked aap's h s phoolka, who is also leader of the opposition in the punjab vidhan sabha.

I want to inform that in City Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab-143505. Book Depots are selling books to customers without providing any reciept or bill. Which reduces the sales of these shopkeeper and evasion of tax by disclosing low sales.
However customers are ignored on demanding receipts and bills. As I have call recording of a Shopkeeper named M/s Kumar Book Depot, Cinema Road Batala who is saying that they have no bills for purchase and so selling books without billing.
Whether Books are not taxable but how customer being deprived of recieving bill for purchase by him.
Even I Have contacted AETC Gurdaspur through phone call but they also refused to take action. So please take action to Stop the Black Money.

Sir I had received the cheque of income tax refund amount Rs.8640.But account no. mentioned was wrong, I had sent it with my cancelled cheque in may 2015 to state bank of India cash management product centre 04266 rajendra house, 31, Mahal industrial estate, andheri east Mumbai 400093 for making correction in my account no. and issue me corrected cheque with interest.I have postal registry received slip.But till date I have not received refund.

I am swapan kumar bhuniya. Pan no. Adnpb4475g. Village & post - kushberia district - howrah pin - 711316. I paid rs.10000 on 14/02/2013 and rs.14270 on 06/03/2013 as advance tax for the a. Y. 2013-14 through sbi uluberia with bsr code-0000199 challan no. 00007 and 00001 respectfully which is showing in 26as but i t department not assessing this amount even my repeatedly rectification request. More over it department is showing that my total amount of it deposit for assessment year 2013-14 is nil and they demand rs.27290 as outstanding demand. Please rectify immediately. They did nothing in respect of my more than five times rectification request. Please do the needful immediately.

My brother residing in UK applied for a PAN as he is going to get some property income in India. I took my PAN card a few months before through AKSHAYA. But when i received the PAN card, i found my name was wrongly given. Soon a applied for the correction. But after a month, i got the response as i should attest Annexure A. But thats not the problem. The attesting officer should attach their official id card's copy with this form. I asked for many people but they are afraid to give their id proof's copy. They are saying it contains a pin code and they are refusing to give me. So what should i do now?? I need a replay. If you want me to prove my name, i can give any certificates or even i can go to the village office to get a certificate which can prove my name. But this was really disgusting and disappointing.
