My pan card number was issued two weeks ago and since then the pan card has not been dispatched.

Nobody picks up the call at customer care, it's always busy, no matter when you call. What is the point of customer care number if no one is there to pick it up and no response to emails, no way to contact.

How is the customer supposed to understand what is happening? Service is horrible....

I have applied for reprint of pan in jan-17 vide acknowledgement no. [protected]. I have been following up at pan center since then, but could not get any proper response from them.
The online status of processing was also not updated for receipt of my documents until i had followed up to get it updated.
Even i tried to call at the customer care no given on the site, but that too does not seems to be working....
