Dear Sir,
I got my ITR Intimation on Oct 23, 2021 from [protected]@cpc.incometax.gov.in but till now I didn't get refund yet. I also noticed that my last name has mentioned 2 times on ITR intimation form(According to all government authorized certificate or ID's i.e. PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc. My Full Name: Dileep Kumar {First name: Dileep & Last Name: Kumar}.
I called many times to income tax helpdesk, shared all documents on email but no one helped me. My bank account details is already validated on e-filing income tax portal however on e-filing portal refund amount is still showing Awaited.
I have attached all related documents below please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP.

I applied for instant pan card on E-Filling Website. i got this pan card and it is approved from income tax department. but when i try to verify or register in E-Filling website it is showing

No record found for the entered PAN.

please solve this problem as soon as possible

I am facing the record(pan) not found in the ITD database/invalid issue when I use my pan card number. I can't fix this issue and don't know why this error is showing.

My pan Number: AHZPW6658E
Name as Per on PAN Card: AKSHAY GUNAJI WALKE

I applied for E-PAN and Physical pan card on[protected] and income tax department allotted me pan number on same date and received my epan on same day. But my Pan number has not been updated in income tax department database as it is showing me no records found aalso i haven't received my physical original pan card yet.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

I am trying to register my account in Income tax website..even though By entering correct name, it just throws error saying "Error : Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry.",
Please help .

I am facing this issue (PAN Details Does not exist with ITD Database) while registering in MSME Website.

Just like other users, I am not able to register on income tax website as it shows last name is not as per pan details. Although I’m entering all details correct.

The pan card AHHPG4550F of my father Alimiya Ahmed Gaibee has been spoiled. I was looking for replacement. But on applying it say the pan card does not exit in the database. Could you please check and advise.

Cannot register for eFiling. Always showing "Error : Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry." regardless of how the name combination is entered.

My name is Vaibhav Vadgama.

It's returning an error "Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry." while signing up as a new taxpayer.

I'm inputting the correct PAN card details, but it displays the above error and I can't proceed further. Please advise.

After entering all the details for PAN details updation, when i submit the application i get the below error.

Your request could not be processed. Please try after some time (ADVC0024)

i tried several times still the same error.
