Income Tax Department — complaint regarding non amendment in pan card no. akapj8375p

Sir, i have applied for change in surname in pancard no. Akapj8375p bearing application acknowledge no. N-[protected] dtd. 27/12/2017. But till date amended pancard is not received.

Sir, due to mistake i have got two pancards:- [1] akapj8375p & [2] dcwpp7708d.
I already applied to income tax department for surrendering my second pancard no. Dcwpp7708d vide my application dtd. 20/4/2018 bearing acknowledge no.[protected]. The original pancard no. Dcwpp7708d have already submitted to income tax office – bhavnagar along with application.

I also applied via e-nivaran vide acknowledge no. [protected] dtd.[protected] but my issued not resolved till date. It is requested to please take suitable action in this regards to solve my issued. Early action in this regard is requested

I already applied to Income Tax Department for surrendering my second Pancard No. DCWPP7708D vide my application dtd. 20/4/2018 bearing Acknowledge No.[protected]. The Original PanCard No. DCWPP7708D have already submitted to Income Tax Office – Bhavnagar along with application.

I also applied via e-Nivaran vide Acknowledge No. [protected] dtd.[protected] almost 27 days have been passed but my issued not resolved till date. It is requested to please take suitable action in this regards to solve my issued. Early action in this regard is requested
