[Resolved] Income Tax Department — double debit for application money | |
Dear sir, I had attempted twice for pan card through online sbi. Both the time, the transaction were not processed for some technical reason. Subsequently, it is seen that fees has been deducted twice from my bank account. Reference for those are (1) sbipgju[protected]nsdlpanmumbai and (2) sbipgju[protected]nsdlpanmumbai both dated 24/7/2017. But it is seen that refund for only one transaction has been credited in my bank account on 27/7/2017 (Reference no. Bppg_rfnd nsdlpan txn jsm[protected] dt. 24/7/2017. Kindly let me know the status of my transactions and if both the transaction are rejected then kindly arrange to refund the 2nd transaction fee also. Was this information helpful? | |
