There was a case on my land in civil court nawada. Which is filed by against party 1. Bilwa devi, abdul aziz... Etc in the year of 2012.

Now the decision of court is in my favour in the month of novber 2018.
Its second decision by court in my favore.
Firstly by munsaf court nawada is in my favore.

But now defendant party sail and give contract of this plot after loosing case in free of cost to sayyed zakki haidar who is working in civil court nawada as a cleark and other one to land criminal - md afsar khan's mother.


Matter is that when i start civil work in my plot after winning case, sayyed zakki haidar came with criminals and stop my civil work and said to kill me and my family. As i m an obc category that's why they all disturbing me and my family badly.

For this, an application given by my mother anwari khatoon to police station nawada town, its passed approx 1-2 months, but till now no results came.

Sir daily by daily its very dangerous for me and family. Because they r criminals, and have a criminal circle. And allready defendant party md abdul aziz have a grandson is murderer and hv an arrest warrant, but he is out side.

Its inform to u honourable sir, that sayyed zakki haidar is working in civil court nwada as a cleark regularly in same place nawada for 20 years. And hv a strong circle of criminals, lands criminals, politicians, and villains who fight on rent and leads their life on money of sayyed zakki haidar.
Sayeed zakki haidar takes contract of case and solve case by illegally. And becomes a partener on that property. He is doing illegally work by sitting in civil court nawada for a long times.

As for exampl-

1) sayyed zakki haidar made a big mall in nawada town at parja tantraya chok on bihar govt land and earning alots of millions ruppes.

2) he buy a home in the name of his wife in nawada town at sabji market. By contract case.

3) he take a big plot in rajauli by contact case.

4) he hv is home in bhadauni nawada.

In this way he earning more and more money through contract case. And doning leagle to illegal... And illegal to leagal. By sittng in civil court. And today he became a million man by working as a cleark.

So please i requested u to save me, my family and my propert by these dangerous criminals.
