With reference to above cited subject, i would like to inform you that i have applied for new pan card acknowledgenment no. U-[protected] on 22/02/2018. Pan card was issued to me and pan is allotted to me as cgxpa1665c. But due to some address problem, pan card was returned to mumbai office. By post department. So i request to you to please kindly return such pan to my above cited address.

I again requesting to you to please send back pan card as early as possible because so many work is been pending due to such non receipt of pan card.
