Dear sir/madam

My pan card no. Is btfpk4056f and name on pan card is kureshi rafikbhai and is true

But in your pan card server my name is rafikbhai kureshi is not true its mistake of your departement

My pan card is correct no need any changes but change the name in your pan card server because i have so many problem due to this mistake by your departement

Some problems i explain like... My epfo claim failed

I can not possible nil return file

And other problem also

Kindly do the needfull

but pan card server showing RAFIKBHAI KURESHI is not true

make changes in pan card server
