[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — new pan card online on income tax. come but i am unable to proceed

Dear Sir,

I Had apply for New PAN card online on

(https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html)

but i am unable to proceed with online PAN Application due to following reason: UIDAI database mismatch.

but my bank a/c is debited two time Rs.( 118.90+118.90 ), I request you to please refund the same

I received the below message my bank

Your a/c 952996 is debited INR 118.90 on[protected]:16:37 Info: PUR/NSDLPAN/MUMBAI/NSDLPAN/Seq No 834678}

2. { Dear Customer,

Dear Team,

i received my amount please ignore my complaint.

I am from NIZAMABAD. Here in Nizamabad, Dr. D Srinivas located near Bus stand, he is charging excessive amount and not even providing slip for that. Please take stringent action against this and remove this black money which is straight away going into his pockets and not paying tax to the Govt

One of the temple in Udupi district name Sri adishakthi durga temple in diddanagudde they are charging nearly one lakh per pooja and cheating people.
Pls check there income and assets
Person name Ramananda guruji Aliya's Ramananda saliyan
He is the cheating person along with there team
