Bhadriraju rabindranath, date of birth;[protected], had pan card with the above no. It is a hindu undivided family card. But i am an individual pensioner. A bank authority advised me to obtain a new pan card. Accordingly i obtained a new pan card no. Czrpb1936n. I would like to retain the new card and i request that the old card no. Pan card applied on 19.1.2017 showing, pan deactivated by income tax dept and is under process at ITD,
Last 5 months passed but PAN CARD not process and not delivered to me.
