Income Tax Department — pan card invalid

I had received my pan card last week but whenever I try to open a new account in Axis Bank it shows your pan details is not available in itd database/invalid. I had submitted my application through nsdl I have got my physical pan card but it is not working. So I need the problem to be fixed because it is very important so please rectify it as soon as possible.
