I apply for a pan card through karvy data management services ltd.

When i check pan card status then it shows

"income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application." i inform you that i am first time issue for pan card by this name.

I request you to please resolve my problems.
