Income Tax Department — PAN entered does not exist in Income Tax database

My PAN card(AATFV3933E) has been received by me on 20th Nov 2020 through speed post.

PAN No : AATFV3933E

But, I was unable to download ePAN card from below site.
"https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com"

After entering details getting below message.

PAN (AAXXXXXX3E) entered by you does not exist in Income Tax Database. Please check and enter the correct PAN. If the problem persists, please write to us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in

Please look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
