Dear sir i am a senior citezen & i face much defficulty from income tax department. My pan-ablpt9806f. My income tax refund is being pending for assesment year 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08 by ito madhubani (Bihar) inspite of my several reminder & verbal request. Lastly i have also lodge complain to chief commisnor -2 patna (Bihar) by speed post no.-ef[protected]in dated-26/02/2013 but they have not taken any response. There for i request to you please arranged to make payment and obliged me.
