I have put a case in the labour court for gratuity... I have worked in a proprietorship firm for continue seventeen years,... And more than 10 workers worked here... But the commissioner says their are less than 10 person in a firm because He dosent show in shop act & the firm owner not producing the books in labour court.. But i know their are more than 10 persons worked in this firm when i left the job Was this information helpful? | |||||
