Dear concern,

My name is abul faiz and i’d 2 pan card (1-abepf1869r & 2-abxpf0914e). From which i’ve submitted pan no. Abxpf0914e for cancellation on[protected]Pfa the scanned copy for your reference).

And, in pan no. Abepf1869r, i’ve submitted for correction in name on[protected], which was done and received by me on 01-apr-2016. (Pfa the acknowledge receipt)

I am continue doing followups over phone in customer care as well as in pan card office in civic center and income tax office. But pan no. Abxpf0914e is still active. Because of it, my banking works are pending from last 5 months.

So, please cancel my pan no. Abxpf0914e.
