Dear concern, My name is abul faiz and i’d 2 pan card (1-abepf1869r & 2-abxpf0914e). From which i’ve submitted pan no. Abxpf0914e for cancellation on[protected]Pfa the scanned copy for your reference). And, in pan no. Abepf1869r, i’ve submitted for correction in name on[protected], which was done and received by me on 01-apr-2016. (Pfa the acknowledge receipt) I am continue doing followups over phone in customer care as well as in pan card office in civic center and income tax office. But pan no. Abxpf0914e is still active.
