Income Tax Department — stolen pan card details

My name is rahul s/o shri. Dhan prakash from saharanpur. I am having a pan card number is atxpr3317d. Someone has reset my pan card password on 29-march-2018 via incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in website and stolen my income tax details. I got an email from royalfurniture. [protected]@gmail.com on my gmail account but i couldnt check my gmail account at that time. I checked my gmail account on 03-apr-2018 and i came to know, someone has stolen my pan card details and registered his email-id and mobile number instead of mine. I again reset my password through the incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in website.

I request you to please find out the details of that person who has stolen my pan card details and take the proper action against him.
