My permanent address was not in my current city of residence. The pan card was delivered there but the tenants lost it. As a result i don't have a photo of my pan card as well. Whenever i am trying to apply for epan card or a physical one, it shows - "the record is presently not available at itd master". What am i supposed to do now? The utiitsl people too don't have an idea about how to proceed. Was this information helpful? | |

I have my pan card with me since 2005.few days back I lost it and now I am trying to get a reprint through nsdl portal. I have given my adhar card number for authentication for the pan card. But as soon as I click on "get otp" it says " sorry no records are available with itd masters" . What the hell is wrong with this?.

I have received my ePAN online through email on utiitsl portal. The PAN was done through Aadhar eKYC. This process was not able to identify my address properly. The portal has option to correct address issues for aadhar KYC. But I get this error "The Given PAN not available in ITD Master at present stage". Kindly help.
