[Resolved]  Indane Distributor — Non delivery of refill booking dated 25/03/2014 and forged booking by the distributor

Sir,
I am an Indane domestic consumer with living with my family and staying in the rly. Quarter 24 hours. I booked refill on 25/02/2014 booking reference no.311668 but the booked refill is not delivered yet i.e by 18/03/2014. Online inquiry reveals that the distributor has cleared refills booked upto 02/03/2014. Further astonishing fact revealed on online inquiry that another refill booking was done on my consumer no.8953 dated 07/03/2014 with booking reference no.[protected] by the distributor without the knowledge of the consumer. The acts of the distributor are illegal and adopting corrupt means for benefits. Therefore, I request for justice by proper investigation and punitive action if the actions of the distributor are not justified, please.
