Sir, with due respect I, Sri Arindam Das inform you that from few month it is come to my notice that the indane Distributor or worker has been given less weight gas cylinder ( Distributor land line ph no is [protected]/29). But when so ever I have communicated telephonically with the Distributor of the said ph no but the verbal feedback always not good or against for me sir. Non delivery of refill booking dated 25/03/2014 and forged booking by the distributor

I am an Indane domestic consumer with living with my family and staying in the rly. Quarter 24 hours. I booked refill on 25/02/2014 booking reference no.311668 but the booked refill is not delivered yet i.e by 18/03/2014. Online inquiry reveals that the distributor has cleared refills booked upto 02/03/2014. Further astonishing fact revealed on online inquiry that another refill booking was done on my consumer no.8953 dated 07/03/2014...
