I have tried to book refill cylinder on 28th september, 2019. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason. I have filed online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) and i got reply as dear consumer, regretted for the inconvenience. Advised the distributor to look into the matter.
I have contacted the distributor - m/s city gas service, beltola, guwahati, assam but no positive reply i got from them. I again filed a online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) and i got reply dear consumer, regretted for the inconvenience. As reported by the distributor your issue is resolved, i contacted distributor again but they are clueless.
Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending for quite some time.
