My indane gas consumer no. Is 28166. I booked a refill on 05.01.2020 and the booking got cancelled in few days. I again booking a refill and that also got cancelled. I once again booked a refill on 07.02.2020 with booking no. 737327 and this cash memo was also generated but again the booking got cancelled. I tried to call aroop enterprise that is our local booking indane gas agency and they are not receiving calls through phone. I am so frustrated and worried because it's about to be almost 2 months now and my existing cylinder will get finished any day now but i haven't received a refill yet. I have again booked a cylinder but this is the fourth time that i have booked (Booking no. Is 741903) and i have no idea what to do if this also gets cancelled. Please look into this matter and help me to get the refill asap.

    Respected sir/ madam,
    I would like to state two issues.
    First, i have booked my indane lpg on 22/01/2020 and made the concern amount of rs.734 as mentioned through online. Due to sudden increase in the lpg price which is after my booking date and my payment. The delivery boy insisted to pay the difference of amount increased.
    What if the price have dropped, will the delivery boy or the indane gas agency returns...

    I booked a refill on 5th feb and i received sms that an invoice[protected] dated 10th feb for rs.734/- has been prepared and the cylinder is on the way for delivery. To my surprise today 12th feb the delivery boy came with the cylinder and gave me
    An invoice no.[protected] dated 12 th feb for rs.881/- and said the price has been revised today. When contacted the distributor, they said that the invoices have been prepared by the ioc and not by them and i have to pay the revised amt. Though i paid the revised amount, i feel that it was not fair to pay an excess of rs.147/-for no fault of mine for revising the invoice and hence i request you to look into the fairness of this and arrange to return the excess amount. Though the money is not important here but the fairness. Will they do the same if the price is reduced after invoicing the same.in this connection i wrote a letter to ioc on 12 th itself and they said necessary action will be taken. Their reference number is[protected] dated 13th feb. As i did not get any action result i am writing this letter.

      Consumer i'd cx-6114122 is booked on 5.2.2020 and delivered on 16.2.2020 on complaint.
      On delivery booking was changed previous cash memory of 779 rupees was showing and it's new with more than 900.
      It's really disappointing to have such a trouble and paying high.
      Agency is not receiving phone and delivery boy is saying your booking was cancelled and i booked with new with higher rates.
      Is consumer are there to be cheated openly, it's not first time. But this time really disappointed.

        Dear sir,

        We are a customer of indane gas services. For refilling, we paid online for a cylinder on 9th feb 2020 and today - (15th feb 2020) the service delivery person was asking for extra payment from us. Kindly help us in this concern. And gas agency manager has denied to give us a cylinder until we pay them the extra amount was asked. I dont understand why such forgeries are happening with customers

I have complain in agencies office 08.02.20 and he said that you have got in One and two days.But gas is not delivered. After few days i got the message that your refill booking ref. no. 275071 is cancelled .

          The petrol pump at mira bhayander highway is very pathetic following are my complaint about the perol pump:
          1. Unrurly behaviour of staff. They behave like goons. The dont have proper manners of talking to consumer. This is not the first time that this has happened to me it happens over there very frequently and specially during morning.
          2. No complain diary provided to consumer to register complaint, they bluntly refuse to give complaint diary.
          3. Wastage of petrol while filling. This is done intentionally with clear motive to take more money from consumer. They keep on filling petrol inspite the tank getting full so that they can charge extra.

            I had purchase petrol from kasba coco petrol pump and my booking id [protected]. The payment was made by paytmat 6.13 p. M. On 14/02/2020. But the owner/ person in charge mr. Mintu jha was rude and was not cooperative to get my purchase completed, even when my payment was made. The response was that since there mobile phone did not reflect the payment, even when i displayed them the receipt from my side.
            Actually the phone used by the petrol pump is an old model and no new message is displayed till old message is deleted from the phone as it has a lesser capacity.
            After my repeated requests they deleted some old messages and then could get message of payment made by me on there phone.
            I asked them to update there phone to avoid inconvenience to the customers to which there incharge mr. Minto jha replied that the customer i. E., me should provide them a phone if i was not ready to wait for 15 minutes after making payment via paytm or be ready to face this problem regularly.
            If a customer has to wait for 15 minutes to make payment go through at a pump then i should think twice before using such service.

                      I used to fill deisel in my car from a pump of indian oil corporation.in fortkochi ernakulam district k damodaran and co. I noticed low milage compared to other pumps i filles so i doubt some thing wrong in thier fuel.                         I would like to inform you that refill gas cylinder which was booked on 31 january 2020 against reference no[protected] has not yet been delivered even after regular follow up with distributor i. E joginder enterprises. On asking the status of my booking i was confirmed on the pretext that cylinder will be delivered shortly. Till then no lpg bill against my booking reference[protected] was generated. The bill was generated on 06 feb 2020 at 06:41;17 pm. After that no cylinder was delivered even after lapse of four day as of date.

                        It is therefore, requested to ask the distributor towards this casual servicing in connection with non delivery the booked cylinder even after lapsed of 10-11 days. Customer who have single cylinder is facing problem from the casual behavior of the distributor.

                          Petrol pump night staff are not providing card swiping facility. And here i bring in your kind attention that the staff are not behaving properly to the customer. Today i had i bad experience from indian oils new janatha fuels kunnachery calicut. The staff misbehaved for asking back the balance after filling the petrol. I ask for card swiping and he refused to use card. After that i give money and ask for the balance but he refused and say me to give the correct change. And the guard pulled out my vehicle. After i shouted and the other customers got interrupted in this issue staff throw me the money balance back. After that, he insulted me and note my vehicle number and he threatened me that he know how to manage it. So i kindly request you inform the pump management to keep customer friendly staff and customer friendly services in the petrol pump.

                            My customer id is [protected]. I have booked cylinder for refill on 23 jan 2020 and booking number is [protected] i have made payment online for that cylinder and as per ioc portal, they got payment but as per rathwa gas dealer, they didnt get payment in their account and i need to pay again that amount at the time of cylinder delivery i have complianed in rathwa gas agency and ioc as well but there is no response i haven't gotten back my amount yet it is almost 15 days but there is no action. I tried to connect with ioc customer care, but no one is responding. It is almost 15 days but no resolution.

                              New connection not released yet i have made a complaint on 1 feb also. No response from distributor. No shared to me on resolution [protected] does not exist when i was calling it.. Will indane provide some solution?. They are just saying they have informed the distributor please wait, nothing else. On th other hand iocl claims to issue connection in 7 days.
                              In my case more than 10 days have passed, not even kyc is verified.

                                Iam an employee working nearby nilambur, i have field work and office also. Iam using my bike for outdoor traveling, in pookotumpaadam there are many outlets for oil consumption, i try to choose priyans petroleum (Iocl ancham mail) simply because of their quality of service and commitment towards work. But the canopy of this particular petrol pump is smaller when compared to others,
                                On rainy season while my byke is filling water sprayed to my tank by rain
                                During summer this canopy won't help to gave shade to customer. And however they try to increse their quality of service by this reason many customers are complaining about this.

                                  Today on 03/02/2020 at 20:35:16 in shaheed deshraj fill. St. I went to fill diesel and told them to give me the slip later and then we left the pump later after filling oil then later on one of my friend who is sitting next to me told me tht in slip it is mentioned that u have been charged for this diesel of rs77.24 per/ltr. Which is totally fraudlent thing, then i go to this pump again from idle of my route they told me this is technical error but think how many people got suffered before me, then they return my change but this is something which is not acceptable if i don’t saw this slip then how much they are earning extra becoz of their omission error and others...

                                    I have booked a cylinder on 04 jan 2020 and paid 733/- through debit card. When i called modern indane gas agency than he said that he has not received any booking for 04 jan 2020, so that's why not delivered yet.
                                    Modern gas agency booked a new cylinder on 15 jan 2020 and its delivered on 17 jan 2020, and i have paid for this cylinder in cash.
                                    I have complaint many times to your customer care no. [protected]
                                    But they are providing wrong resolution continuously.

                                    I have registered a complain against this case in consumer help line.

                                    Behavior is also not good when asked to employee about air pressure facility.
