no supply, phones off your officials, at MEERUT always send a msg asking for SMS but no further action(His Mob.No. is-[protected]),
Forcing purchase in black market probably also manipulating allotted No. of refills, Pl. TAKE AN URGENT ACTION AND REPLY.

My Consumer number is 9929196. I have booked my Refill on[protected] at 19:46. My booking reference number is 426235. I have received an SMS on[protected] at 8:52 that my refill has been billed wide cash memo [protected] and has been delivered. The Gas Agency Shone Indian Gas at Kongorpilly(Karingathuruth) has delivered the Refill to my nearby houses on[protected], but has not delivered the same to me. I have enquired the reason with the agency, but their response is very bad. They have given my refill to someone else and collected more money from them. This is their usual procedure and I have made complaints against this agency many times. So I humbly request you to make an enquiry against the malpractice and punish them.

It not the best but working
I am not getting refills at home. Supply is not available at dealer office also. I have to physically chase the delivery vehicle after repeated phone calls to get the refill. If I can not chase and find the vehicle on the day of bill, next day the bill is cancelled giving more trouble in getting the refill. This has been given as complaint (Docket No. 1642904.). The response is that I have to get the cylinder in home. But nothing has happened. Still I am waiting for refill. Bill was prepared and being cancelled.
Dear sir delivery against my booking made on 19.03.2015 has not been received till date even after 15 days. The reference no if booking is 515723. Kindly direct the concerned to effect the delivery immediately.

In kodungallur, Indane gas distributor is unable to supply gas refill even two months after booking. The booking cleared as of today (19th May) is upto 28th Feb. If the distributor is unable to supply refills in time, IOC should make alternate arrangements as thousands of consumers are facing the hardship in Kodungallur (Thrissur District, kerala)
I have booked for Refill cylinder on 31.05.2015.My consumer No.is CX11593281 of Sri Vishnu Gas Agency, Bangalore. but the booking got canceled on 08.06.2015 with out any attempt of delivery.Please take necessary step so that we can receive the gas as soon as possible...I got my previous refill as well after multiple follow ups and phones calls even to the delivery boy, at the end of which he did not even provide me with a bill, how ever i could manage to get a refill.

    Hi,
    I am Himanshu a consumer (29887) of IOCL Mithla Gas agency Shop No4 and 5, A73A, Sector 19 Noida,
    First of all they hardly picked any call moreover i have booked or applied for DBC (double cylinder connection) on 14-Jan- 2014 Ref NO ( R[protected] ) and also submitted all relevant document as the agency asked for, but today ( 12 Feb 2014 ) and i still got no connection due to some of their server problem as i am told about.

    The Agency gave me a Noida IOCL area office number ( [protected] ) and a lady sit over there and hardly picked any call but by god grace my phone got picked and the response and behaviour is so pathetic and poor the lady does not know how to talk and what to talk no manners at all.
    Then i asked about head office number and both time the Agency and noida area office gave me the same number of same lady called Renuka Shukla ( [protected] ) and she never picked any call of mine she always let my phone ring or hung my call but never pick.

    The so called IOCL Online feedback/complaint portal is the worst than IRCTC booking portal, after you clicked on complaints button the page never came back.
    Now anyone if has some authentic number to sort out this problem and neglagance of IOCL towards its Customer.

      My agency use to check every year the hose, gas stove and related product for safety under the guidelines of IOC, but recently we were out of station and the agency personnel came to our area and without inspecting they collected Rs 75/- from each house and got the false signature from consumer and without our presence they collected money opposite of my house in the name of me and got my signature from them. This shows how agency follow the safety norms and this should be taken seriously by IOC and take necessary action

            Cancellation of Refill Booking

            My consumer No is 14690. I have booked gas on line on 27.01.2014 vide 569330. On 06.02.2014 I received a SMS stating that Cash Memo no. [protected] has been generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. On 08.02.2014, I received another SMS stating that Cash Memo No. [protected] has been cancelled. Simultaneously I received another SMS on the same day that another cash memo No [protected] has been generated. Today i.e. on 10.02.2014 at 5.50...

                  I Sir.Satya Prakash Pattnaik Customer No.-CX318167 had transferred my INDANE Gas connection from Bhubaneswar, Odisha to Bangalore, Karnataka, & applied in CAUVERY INDANE AGENCY for re-connection on[protected] & paid INR - 3080.(Distributor also not given Money Receipt)
                  From[protected] onwards daily I am asking for gas cylinder to the Distributor but they are taking it lightly & answering today you will get (But that today till now not came).
                  As Bangalore City is new for me & My Family daily I am facing problem for food.
                  I have never faced this type of service problem from INDANE Distributor when I was in Jamshedpur & Bhubaneswar nor I have expected this type of service from IOCL Distributor that to in Bangalore.

                      Hello, we are the customer of Indane gas since (consumer id 42338) 4 years with Vishnu gas agency Kadugudi Bangalore, the agency is not delivering the cylinders to homes that they charging home delivery charges, even they are not calling and not informing about when cylinders will deliver and they are not receiving our calls as well, they are not checking regular checking of gas tubes etc, simply they come and stay one place for entire village and we have go there carry ourselves from a kilometer then for what purpose paying the home delivery charges ? more ever the delivery people's;attitude is very very rude and behaving like rowdies.some times they tell us that we do not English ie we are getting delivery massage without delivery of cylinder, Kindly take an action legally on it

                        I have linked my Aadhar to my Canara Bank S/B account and to my Indane consumer number 10879 with Ranjan Gas Services, Gautam Budh Nagar, NOIDA but I have not received subsidy in my account since January 2015 though I have received eight (8) delivery of Indane gas cylinder from Ranjan Gas Service. I have made complaints three to four times and received SRN 2045404, 2071160, 2451738 and 2481042.. Every time I have checked status against these SRNs I have received a standard reply YOUR SUBSIDY SHALL BE TRANSFERRED SHORTLY. But it has not happened. Till Dec 11, 2015 I received email confirmation of registration of my complaint, but lately I gave not received email confirmation. Also when tracking my status of Aadhaar Linking Status in LPG and Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank(as per NPCI) were showing YES (GREEN) but lately these are showing NO (RED).                           I, Dr Pratibha Wale, (Cust No-[protected](R 28509 ) purchased one subsidised domestic gas cylinder from RAI GAS AGENCY BHOPAL M P (Indane)on 26/12/2013 at Rs 1050.48 +52.52=1103 & received refund Rs 601.95 in my bank account on 31/12/2013 that means I got refill at Rs 501.05.On other hand another customer of same dealer Sangeeta Borate (cust no [protected](R 26554) got the refill at Rs 435.71+21.79=457.50 directly because her bank account was not registered on 06/01/2014.Why there is difference of rate( Rs 43.55) in two subsidised refill cylinder, My email is [protected]@yahoo.com &my ph no is [protected] &[protected].                               i have to complaint subsidy every customer have 568.00 rs. subsidy and i have given me indian gas subsidy only 275.37 why ? i have to know what is this ? my cust. no. 7175439, cash memo no. [protected], lpg id[protected]
                              MY CONSUMER NO 9763 TWO CYLENDER HAS ALREADY BOOKED BUT NOT TRANSFER THE SUBSIDY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT
                              My LPG ID is[protected] and Customer No. is 3818 under Krishna Distributor of Murshidabad district in West Bengal . I received LPG Cylinder on 28/01/2015. But subsidy is not credited into Bank at this end.

                              my consumer no is74878, SV no is 1-14621 located in chennai, am wondering why am i not getting
                              my subsidy credited to bank a/c as promised, even though i have bought two cylinders since
                              registering for the same.I am puzzled who in between the transaction stealing my money.while such people as ambani and mahindra and the likes are getting it and ordinary folks like me not.

                              Sir, my gas booking cylinder delivered last 09/04/2015. But i do not get the subsidy this delivered cylinder. My consumer no. is 04810. I complain the toll free No. Complain no. is 2174046.Whenever I talk to customer care, they have to listen me that it would be transferred to field officer and suddenly he/she told that " Phone Korne ke liea Dhannyabad." Then cut the phone. I am very simple and poor person. In this way I harassed day to day. I am not expressed clearly. Please take the necessary action.

                                i have booked gas on 23-1-14 thru ivr. Booking no.
                                [protected] and cash memo no.[protected] had been generated on
                                24-1-14, but i have not received gas till now. I have been getting
                                Message that my booking was being cancelled and new cash memo was being
                                Generated. This message i had got two times. Today i have again got the
                                Cancellation message. I think the delivery person mr. Suresh of m/s yadu
                                Indane gas, sahibabad, ghaziabad, up is doing all wrong as from last
                                Three times we have returned the refill due to 5 kg less weight and
                                After that hr had to supply correct weight cylender to us. The gas
                                Agency is not taking any action in this regard as it looks there is a
                                Nexus.
                                Pls take action and send correct weight refill immediately as we are out of gas.

                                  My name is Ram Kumar, R/o RZD-1/290, Gali No. 5, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi- 110045. I am subscriber of LPG connection having Consumer No. 24979 with Neelkanth Gas Services, G-1/67, Canara Bank Lane, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi- 59, Ph: 25351649, 25351651. I have not received one out of nine subsidized cylinders. I have contacted the In charge agency, who informed that their system is showing that all the nine subsidized cylinder have been delivered to me. However, the Customer Card is showing that only eight subsidized cylinders have been delivered to me. Being a BPL Card Holder, I request your good self to personally look into the matter to enable me to obtain one more sudsidized cylinder from the agency. The agency representatives are not listening to my request at all and their behaviour is also filthy.

I had booked a refill on 17/01/2014 vide: booking reference: 854299, a Cash memo No.[protected] was also generated on 30/01/2014. The booking was cancelled on their own on 01/02/2014.                                       Hi myself sandeep kumar I am Putinng up at Village Badsa Distt Jhajjar Haryana. and agancy name is Shiva Gas Agency Badali. I am custmer of indan gas Last Two Years Now Sombody who Came at my house without informing and no body at my house at that time only my wife was there they called me and said your cylinder pipe is not good you have to pay 300rs for this But i have told him we dont need we have already then they asked my wife for money my wife said i dont have money talk to my husband they again call me and told me we came here and chacked your gas and cylinder for this you have to paid 70rs i have told why i pay i dont know you.last two years you didnt came why you came this time then they threat me and said your gas connection will be disconect now you dont get any cylinder ok i dont know what his name but i have number who called me no is [protected] Please take a action for this against them thanks 02/02/2014
