Independent TV — all channels are buffering

Hello,
I am using Independent dishTv since November 2018 and facing this issue for the first time. Channels are getting stuck since last week. All channels are buffering and no one is responding to the customer care number. I have tried calling so many times but no response from the customer care center so far.
Everyone is disappointed with your service. Please resolve this issue immediately else refund the amount.
We didn't any communication on when the issue will be resolved.
