[Resolved] Independent TV — dth services not working | |||
Its been more than 2 months not getting services from independent tv. Recently in march or april only we got the same installed and paid rs.2500 to them but have not got services. Its only near about 1 month after installation we were able to view channels. Later on after a month only star and zee channels stop and inspite of calling unlimited times to customer care we got no response. I havent seen such a pathetic customer service which is of no use. Now i want my money back and request government authorities to take action against them and help us to get our amount back becuase its the hard earned money from our end also.
